Terms

All orders must be paid at the time of placing an order by Visa/MasterCard or Purchase Order. Educational Institutions may pay by credit card or institutional purchase orders. Our terms for approved Educational Institutions are Net 30. Institutional purchase orders must be faxed to 248-669-7568. Please make sure to include our order number on the purchase order or fax a printed copy of our order form along with the purchase order.

Shipping

Most orders will be shipped by UPS Ground. Large orders will be shipped using the most economical and efficient means. Most orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 5 - 7 business days. Some orders may take longer to process and ship. All products are shipped F.O.B. Shipping Point.

Damaged Merchandise

Please inspect your merchandise upon arrival. Any damaged parcel should be reported to the carrier. Please notify us immediately if the event that you receive a damaged item.

Returns

All returns must be pre-authorized by sciencekitwarehouse.com. If sciencekitwarehouse.com authorizes a return for any reason other then defective goods or error in shipping by sciencekitwarehouse.com, the customer must pay all return shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.
